    Job Objective:

    The Human Resources/Administrator Coordinator is responsible for providing human resources and administration support within the campus of Comfort Residence-LeSueur.  This position will work up to 20 hours per week.  We can offer flexibility on the hours/days of this position.

    Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • Works with corporate Human Resources to place employment ads.
    • Contact candidate to instruct them for drug testing.
    • Accurately completes and submits Commission reports to the Corporate office.
    • Completes Offer Letters on iCIMS.
    • Reviews payroll for employees for Comfort Residence Payroll Coordinator.
    • Maintains personnel files for employees to ensure data is accurate, complete and in compliance with appropriate regulations and standards.
    • Maintains employee contact list.
    • Meets with newly hired employees for on-boarding
    • Conducts benefits orientation for newly hired employees and employees reaching eligibility.
    • Tracks and reports time-off requests.
    • Acts as a liaison between Comfort Residence Le Sueur and the corporate office with regard to human resources and payroll issues.
    • Communicates the ACH program to new residents and collects required forms if they choose to enroll.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • A two year Accounting degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Human Resources experience preferred.
    • 3+ years of related work experience.
    • Strong Administrative Skills.
    • Computer skills with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel applications.
    • Excellent verbal and listening communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
    • Able to work with a minimum of supervision (must be highly motivated and self-directed).
    • Possess a high level of problem solving and investigative skills.
    • Appropriately maintains the confidentiality of financial and personnel information

    Able to read, write, spell, do basic math, speak and understand English.
