Gentle Touch Health Initiatives is located on the beautiful campus of The Glenn Hopkins. We currently have an opportunity available for an LPN in our Assisted Living and Memory Care units.
Qualified candidates must have a current MN license. Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care or Long Term Care is preferred, however, new grads are encouraged to apply!

Job Objective(s):
The role of the LPN is to promote that the health and safety of all residents through on site visits with the residents and staff. The LPN will ensure that staff is trained in medical procedures and policies which are current and up to date. The LPN will also ensure that the facility is in compliance with current regulations and standards. Must be able to relate professionally with residents, staff and family members, display a positive work attitude and be able to work as a team with other staff members.

Works indoors in a climate-controlled environment majority of the time.
Working Hours
The work schedule and hours may vary from week to week. The LPN may be required to work beyond the normal schedule which includes weekends and holidays.
